We provide initial site visit & sketch proposals for a flat fee of €180 inclusive of VAT which is refundable aganist final drawings should the project proceed further.
Our fees range from €600 for small front porch to €3,500 for one off houses.
Fees will vary depending on size and complexities of project.
Site supervision and signing off of all work will be priced per job, Other costs to planning permission are Ordanance Survey Maps, advertisement in local newspaper and planning fees which in total amount to approx. €180.00
