We wanted to thank both you, and the Joe Fallon Design extended team, for everything you all did for us during our build. We are delighted with our new home. Everyone that visits compliments the layout and flow of the house. We feel the house will not only work for our present requirements but we have future proofed it for when our children get older and need their own space. We feel you created a final product that was everything on our wish list. Thank you for listening and taking all our needs and hopes into account. We know that you and the team worked constantly behind the scenes throughout all the stages, from design, planning and the actual build. We were so grateful for your support, reassurance, advice, guidance and direction at critical times when there was any standstills and unforeseen challenges. You worked so well with all the parties involved with the build which made the process that much easier. Thank you again for everything.  

I want to let you know how appreciative I am of all your efforts and all in your office Joe - Eric and Paddy who helped too.  I’m raving about the love and interest that you all put into the project to anyone that will listen! Thanks again guys.

I found Joe to be creative - bringing our raw ideas to something that exceeded our expectations. He was very helpful throughout the process/build and found him a haven in what would otherwise have been a stressful time. He was also good value, not only in his own fees, but also in designing a top-class solution for build cost much cheaper than would otherwise have been the case.
